The new 2011 revaluation data has been posted. The 2011 Notices of Valuation (NOVs) will be arriving in your mail boxes the first week of May and the entire month of May is your opportunity to protest your property valuation. Please use the following link http://ouraycountyco.gov/assessor.html to access the Assessor's information page where you can find Vacant Land Sales and Residential Sales used for the 2011 Revaluation in addition to Frequently Asked Questions and other very useful taxation information.
